Can anyone please give me the inside and outside dimensions of or the older type MSA cross shafts nylon bushes?

They're a standard 3/8" ID and 1/2" OD bushing.
Actual dimensions measure about .379" ID and .500 OD on a new bushing.
The flange diameter is .625" or 5/8".

(Generally, there's a little bit of slop on the ID of manufactured bushings. But if you get 3/8" bushings and the ID is a little tight for the cross shaft, they can be opened up slightly by using a small piece of rolled-up fine sandpaper.)
