Looking for a teacher in Connecticut

Post by Charlie Fitzsimmons »

I've been playing steel for about a year now, mostly 6 string, but just picked up National D8, a few months ago, and want to take a few lessons on that. I could use some lessons on the 6 string too, but I'd like to start on the D8. I'm in south-east CT, but could travel an hour or more for lessons every other week, or maybe even once a month.

Edit: Rhode Island would work too.

Anyone here give lessons in CT? Anyone here know anyone that does?

Gracias

How about NY? I could get to the city for a few lessons.

Charlie---I believe Skip Krevens lives on Long Island. Great player--happens to have a National D8 too, not that that has anything to do with anything--and he does teach. Here's his email---
KREVLAR2@NOSPAMaol.com

remove the 'NOSPAM' from the address.

A good idea might also be to contact the PSGA
