Harry Manx in SF Bay Area Starting Tonight
Harry Manx makes what I think are his first appearances in this area beginning tonight.
Tonight 11/29/04 at the Freight and Salvage in Berkeley, CA (I'll be attending this one)
Tuesday 11/30/04 at Henflings in Ben Lomand, CA
Thursday 12/2/04 at Biscuit & Blues in San Francisco, CA
Friday 12/3/04 at Expresso Garden in San Jose, CA
Then it looks like he heads to southern California before hitting Oregon and Washington.

Thanks for the heads up, David! I hope I'll get to see him on Thursday.

Oh yes!, Harry's headed down here next week. The 7th in Altadena, and the 8th in Cerritos. I'm gonna make it on the 7th. It sure would be good to see some Forumites at the gigs. Mr. Manx is on my A list for sure.

Great show tonight! If you're sitting on the fence about seeing Harry, make the effort and go. I doubt that you will regret the choice.
I like his CDs a lot and I liked seeing him live about twice as much.
There were at least 2 other forumites there and two more of my guitar playing friends plus two spouses. Everyone really enjoyed the show. You know you've got a winner when the guitarists are thrilled and the spouses are just as happy they came... doesn't happen that often.
I may go to the San Francisco show as well.

I loved the concert last night at the Freight and Salvage and now I have been listening to Harry's new CD "West Eats Meet" all morning.
Wonderful playing, writing & singing.
His "Jubilee" recording was my favorite CD all last year.
See him, support him. He's a real cool guy.
