Good job Loni, I see you were the high bidder.
Are you gonna post some sound clips when 'ya get it?
I'd like to know how it sounds. Hopefully it will sound half as good as it looks

Not surprisingly, David Lindley also owns one of those. Not as flashy, but same shape and pickup configuration. Weird guitars, please post an mp3 when you get the chance.

Here's Mr.Dave's:

You'd better stay deep within federation borders. An axe like that wouldn't be safe near the neutral zone!

I was surprised to wake up this morning only to find out I had won the auction. It ended a 2 am or so, and I crashed around midnight after bidding. I thought for sure someone would out bid me. I am looking forward to getting it later this week. The owner lives close, so no shipping charge!
It's even weird by my standards and that's why I went for it. I didn't know Lindley had one. I'm curious about the plastic/lucite bridge and nut. They may have to go. Maybe I'll get Jason to put one of those big Horseshoes in it :0
I'm not set up to do MP3s yet, maybe soon though. Hey, I'm supposed to sell lap steels, not buy 'em!

Congrats Loni! I have Sammy's phone number if you want it. He also made some of those with hipshot string benders installed.
