...looked sharp and sounded mighty fine last night, behind his Sho~Bud, at The Idaho Falls's CD release party in Los angeles, proving that the south-western/cosmic cowboy tradition is still alive and well!

Thanks, Greg, I had a great time.

ps: also a special mention for Soda and his Million Piece Band, who opened for them. Not much steel content there, just an amazing band of 7 multi-instrumentalists (although a lap steel made a brief, but competent apparition). It's like Reverend Horton Heat meets Joe Ely Meets Salomon Burke, meets Morphine... What ever that means...
[This message was edited by Stephan Franck on 10 April 2005 at 10:13 AM.]

Greg, sorry I couldn't make the party, had every intention, but a cold I've been fighting came back and knocked me down. Say hi to Heather for me, and we'll connect one day soon.

The Idaho Falls is a great band, folks, and I predict they'll do big things.

Thank you for the post, Stephan! Great to see you there. Thank you for coming out.

DZ we will hook up soon --when do the Mother Truckers hit L.A. again???

John I'm sorry you're sick. There is something going around; I just got over a cold I had for a WEEK and I never get sick.
