Any Steel Players In North West Phoeniz AZ?

We are going to move to a so called active adult community called "Arizona Traditions" the last of May next year and was wondering If I might be so lucky as to meet another steel player. It's located five miles west of Grand Ave on Bell Road In Suprise AZ.

Mark Frederick and Ray Jenkins are in the Phoenix area and both are members of the forum.

There are a lot of steel players in the Phx area Mike Smith , Bob Allen ,Ivan Grayhouse,Just to mention a few. There are others but can't think of their names. Oh ya Danny Sneed another fine player. welcome to the land of sunshine. Bob

I think that Bob Meadows is still in Scottsdale. He plays a great western swing. He has a store there, "Porter's Western Wear".....al

go see the band at mr luckys in phx. i played there for about 2yrs i am not sure who is playing steel for them now but last i herd ED black was. he is a fine steel player. danny sneed is a monster as well as a super nice guy if you see any of these guys tell them ole boo miller said hey . if you can find out when j david sloan is going to be at luckys he is a hoot to watch and he owns the club also but he isnt there every night the band is 6 nights. let me know what you thought.
