Buck Owens' Steel Player???

Post by Barbara Hennerman »

Can someone tell me who plays steel for Buck Owens? I heard his show on the internet last night and was very impressed.

Thanks

The last one I heard of playing for him was Terry Krisstofferson or something like that. I think he still works for Buck. That last name might not be quite right as it's around 4 am or so.

Terry Christoffersen

He's one of the contacts for Buck Owens' Crystal Palace; and he's been playing with Buck since 1975.
You can order live bandstand stuff, (tapes I think) from every show they do. At least they used to do this and I imagine it's still an ongoing thing as I understand the tapes were pretty good.
You should be able to get a copy of the show you just listened to if I'm not mistaken.
