Yukon Ballads - Al Oster

Post by clive swindell »

In 1993, I went to the Yukon and spent some time in Whitehorse and Dawson City.

Whilst there, I bought a tape of Yukon Ballads by Al Oster and I played it again last evening. Guess what - there is steel guitar all over it but there are no sleeve notes for the tape.

The tape was manufactured by Jay Dee Enterprises in Richmond B.C and distributed by Northland Music in Salmon Arm B.C.

Does anyone know who the steel player is?

Surely its not THE Jay Dee?
