Which browser/version do you use - IE or Netscape?
Forum,
What browser/version do you view the internet in?
I use Internet Explorer 6.0. I also occasionally use Netscape Communicator 4.5 but haven't updated it in years, so it's pretty worthless.
thanks,
Drew Howard

I use Netscape 4.08 for checking my webpages after finding that some Flash files which worked fine in IE and later Netscapes didn't show links in 4.08. I then check the pages in IE6, Netscape 4.77, 6.2 and Opera 6.01 and work on the pages until they look basically the same in all.
When doing personal websurfing I use IE6 most, merely because so many sites are built with Frontpage or use other Microsoft-type components that don't display properly in other browsers.
Here are some stats (two years old) from Aneas.net page http://aneas.net/articles/_Browser_Popularity.asp I'll replace with newer stats when I find them.

I have 2 PCs, more or less networked at this point. My primary pc [HewlettPackard] uses IE 6+ as it's browser. And the secondary pc[Gateway] was using IE 6+ also, but for laughs, I changed IE to Netscape 4.0 and then upgraded NS to their 6.0+ version. Netscape 4.0 was a CD I had hanging around and came bundled with the Gateway.
Netscape is on the GW Win98 PC and is slow....even tho I have the latest version. The HP Pavilion WinME, uses IE6+ and is very fast.
Both PC's are networked and access the internet via AT&T cable connect.
I just wanted to see what the differences were between NET and IE. Speed for one, right
now.........but have not given this test any length of time, yet, to give an honest evaluation.
