Download limits

How can I find out what my download limit is and how much I have already used?
The Videon Cable service made it possible to view my download history showing numbers & graphs.
Since Shaw took over, I can't find this page.
When I contact Shaw, I'm put on hold for long periods of time. When I finally got through, the operator couldn't answer and nobody else could.
The operator said there was a limit, but didn't know how to find out.
Anyone know.
