You guys all seen to love the Nashville 112 and I'm thinking of getting one. I only want to haul one amp - have any of you used it for a Tele or Strat? Maybe with a pedal or perhaps a POD?

Mark,
The guitar player in a band I sometimes work with is also an excellent steel-player and he owns a Nashville 112 and he's extremely happy about it.
At the latest gig I played with them, he used the 112 with his Custom Shop Tele and he got as good a sound out of it as he gets with any other amp I've heard him play through. He's a country guitarist all the way and he has that typical "Bakersfield Tele sound" if that makes any sense and he nailed it on the 112 ! He does use some Roland pedalboard as well but only very conservatively.
Hope this helps.
