Dobro straps, again

Post by Marc Muller »

I posted once asking where to get a dobro strap for a square neck. Got a bunch of replies with places to check out. Sorry, but I lost the numbers. Can I get them again. Thanks

Must be ESP. I was gonna post this very same question tonite and my name is pretty darn similar to the fellow who in fact posted it !! Spooky. While I'm here, my squareneck only has a pin at the heel of the body. Where would the upper end of the strap attach.

Hey, Marc, you might want to try this out- Dimarzio makes a little gizmo for around $4.95 that is one of those super strong luggage clips with a loop of tough cord on each end. They are just right to use with any regular guitar strap. The clip part stays looped onto your peghead, and the strap just clips on and off when you need it. I got a nice leather strap out in colorado on tour that works great with this clip thing on my melobro.
