Once you learn what the various screens mean and what the controls and buttons accomplish, the rest is simple. There is a learning curve with every piece of electronic gear that's ever made. This amp is a computer, but is easy to manipulate once you learn it. It is not any different than the Profex II, Tubefex or Transtube Fex, which most steelers use.

Yes, please call me toll free in the U.S. at 1-877-732-8391 and I'll be glad to help you. I'll be here until 5PM CST today and after 8AM weekdays. If I'm out for some reason, leave your name and number and I'll call you back that day. Thanks.

I got mine about the same time you did. After a few initial attempts, I decided to just stay with the factory settings. What the heck, they know how to set it up better than I ever will. I'd just start down the line of the presets until you find your favorite. I like the Jeff and the Carter settings. By the way, if you use the three wire connection, you will bet a better sound.

Thanks Guys, I think I will call Mike Brown. I didnt know he would be that acssesable. I also ordered Jeffs vidio. His vidio on the ProfexII was just what I needed and I can at least rerun it to get it to soak in my noggin.
