Compare Original Session 400 JBL with new Peaveys
I own a Session 400 from the early 1970's with 15" JBL, I believe the original Curly Chalker design. What improvements would I expect with a current Nashville 400 or 1000 amp? Thanks. .. Jeff

Hello Jeff,
Thanks for your support of Peavey gear. Improvements? Well, I think that you own the amp that many players seek..............the original Session 400. But, for starters we have increased the output power to 300 watts of extremely clean and accurate digital power, redesigned and revoiced the cabinet, included the "tone enhanced" tone circuit, added post eq insert point, and also added an XLR direct output. This package comes to about 57lbs., which is about 3lbs. lighter than the Nashville 400.
The comments and support of the amp have been great so far. Check it out at your Peavey dealer. I think that you will love it. Let me know what you think. You can check out comments about the amp on BAR CHATTER. I can be reached toll free in the U.S. at 1-877-732-8391.
