Good for Harold! There's a guy with a session resume!!!
I did a tour with Slim Whitman a few years back, and Harold was the MD. The band also included Jimmie Crawford and Andy Reiss, so it's a treasured memory for me.
Harold had a great fund of music-related stories, once we could persuade him to talk about himself. He's worked with everyone from Patsy and Roy Orbison to Elvis....
I'm happy that he's been honoured.

Right to the ribbon.
Harold helped to make the Nash Sound with his tic-tac. Got his two of four solo albums. More classical guitar than country but very moody and perfect.
Sonny, his singles through the sixties were one of the hottest.
And Strait is straight.
