Baritone Ukelele - same guage as tenor?
I just bought a Lanikai bari uke a few months ago but the store I bought it from doesn't stock uke strings (they've been back-ordered for about a month).
Does a bari uke use the same guage as the tenor? Or is it heavier since the tuning is the same as the bottom 4 strings of a standard guitar?
And where do you recommend buying uke strings?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Matt,
The tenor uke has a my-dog-has-fleas tuning.
The baritone uke is tuned just like the first four strings of a 6th string guitar.
The 1st two strings are plain nylon and the lower two are wound nylon.
The strings of choice are the "Aquila" brand from Italy. They make the "NYLGUT" strings. These strings are reported to have the same response as the original "gut" strings but with more stability.

The only strings I've ever found locally for my Baritone~Uke are D’Adarrio, but; they seem to work quite well for me. It's printed on the wrapper. (Baritone~Uke), along with the gauges, but; I don't have a wrapper to give you the set-number. I'm also not sure, but; I think somewhere around $6± per set.
