Alvino Rey in a movie

I was watching TCM movie channel a few afternoons ago and saw a movie called "Sing Your Worries Away," which started off with Alvino Rey on a steel playing (I think) "Tiger Rag."

Pretty silly flick, but just seeing Rey play his steel right at the beginning was kind of neat.

Alvino is also in a film called 'Syncopation' with Benny Goodman and Harry James - seems like Joe Venuti was in there, too.
