What is the piano work on the United commercials, who performed it, and who composed it?

Many of their commercials use "Rhapsody In Blue" written in 1924 by George Gershwin (1898-1937). I don't know about the performance but my guess would be it was a MIDI file downloaded by a kid who works at an ad agency and can't read a note.
