Jellyfish "Spilt Milk" Steel Guitar?

Post by Wayne Carver »

The cut "Russian Hill" sounds like it has steel guitar licks on it. Is anyone familiar with this album? The band is influenced by the Beatles, Beachboys, and Queen. Some of their stuff reminds me of Supertramp. They broke up after only a couple of albums though.

Nobody is listed as playing steel on the liner notes, and I can't see one on the studio panorama. I'll have a careful listen later- it will not be a problem- I've liked this band since my son came home with "Bellybutton" years ago.

I think you are right, it does sound exactly like a pedal steel.
