I dunno, but I hope Redd is doing the vocals. I bought a live video he did in Austin. The best song on it was the first one that Redd sang (Big Big Love)I'll leave it at that!

If Redds new CD is anything like Tele-Wacker with Jim Murphy on Steel then it will be a must.

We haven't talked about this CD much over here on this forum but the Tele-Wacker CD with Jim Murphy is one of the most exciting CD's with up front in your face Steel playing ( as well as Redd on the Tele) that anyone could ask for.

Ok Got the scoop.
Hightone is putting out songs from three of the Redd Volkaert Projects. Tele-wacker; No stranger to a Tele and the Twangbangers CD. So of course the players are the ones on those CD's.....Murph on Tele-wacker and Norm Hamlett on No Stranger to a Tele and Joe Goldmark on the Twangbanger stuff.
Don't know what songs they'll use yet as Redd doesn't even know..ha.....>but what a cool compilation of the greatest songs from all three projects on one CD called "For the Ladies" haaa.

Hightone is doing one of those repackage jobs like they did with Dale Watson the Hightone years.

Hope their material selection is better.
I would recommend this if you don't have a complete Red collection at this time.

I'm sure whatever tunes they pick will be fine, but I don't think I could live without the whole collection!!! Course, that's just little 'ol wine drinker me sayin' that, opinions may differ.
