Amazing analog steel kitten

Post by David Mason »

My new kitten Pandit abslutely LOVES pedal steel guitar. He can jump just high enough to hang on the front edge and watch my fingers, and we exchange many quizzical glances while I practice. He likes to thread in and out of the pedal rods when I'm not playing. I am getting much better at playing meows and birdcalls, which helps too. I know many new cat owners seem to feel as though their cat is unusually smart, talented, artistic or whatever, but in this case it's actually true.

One of my two cats (Willie & Merle) is profoundly stupid. And inscrutable. When my Carter was barely a few weeks old ol' Willie took a running start from across the room and charged headfirst into the B pedal rod, bending it. I'm still trying to find an appropriate punchline to the story but it seems that it will be explained simply as "man, that cat is dumb".

My cat Zeo likes to lick on peoples feet. The dirtier and smellier the better. I think she's a perv. But I love her anywy. My other cat Jack likes to walk on the computer keyboard when I'm typing and bgmlgjggh;kjg;kjg;kjg;kjg;kjg;kdskjighrs;kjh;kjk;ja;kajhg;akjg;cxg[aoigcxhgcxg;kjxzg;kjhg;kxzjg;glkjg;kxzjg;kjhgpxfgea[ritxlkcjh

Our cat announces that it's time to let him out to chase mice and birds. He does this by stomping up and down the piano keyboard.<FONT SIZE=1 COLOR="#8e236b"><p align=CENTER>[This message was edited by Ray Minich on 10 May 2004 at 06:44 AM.]</p></FONT>

We had a cat that played the piano once. He wasn't very good, though - he kept missing changes, and all his solos sounded like Monk.
