The Simple Life.. HUH?

Post by David L. Donald »

Well this tendril of american culture just debuted here on a major network,
and it was, as I expected, like watching a train wreck or a roadside 5 car smash up as you inch past.

Even the decent dobro player couldn't save it for me.
Couldn't quite tell how much was put on and how much was real.
Could two sort of sheltered kids for LA be so stupid they can't pour milk into bottles?

I will say the country folk seemd real fo sho.
Now I am sure I know why I never even considered living in la la land LA.

Well at least the music was country.
But I'll take Green Acres anyday.
[This message was edited by David L. Donald on 03 April 2004 at 07:34 AM.]

Yow, Ellie Mae had more on the ball,
and was better built to boot.

Speaking of boots -- Ellie May's boot was a bit too big for my tastes.
