A Big thanks to Greg Simmons!

Greg did a radio show at the local university radio tonight. He played traditional country, steel instrumentals etc. There were a couple of a young George Jones records that just blew me away.I was in hog heaven. He also phoned me, prior to the program, to tune in. All in all, it was a great Christmas eve of music.

Wow, Andy, thanks so much for listening - I had a ball doing the show, and an extra special big thrill as I played Gram Parsons and the Fallen Angels version of "Six Days on the Road" in memory of Dave Dudley, of course featuring the amazing Neil Flanz on steel, said hello to Neil on air and sho 'nuf he was listening!

Enjoyed playing a big 5-song tribute to Dave Dudley too, plus a killer version of "You Win Again" by Jeff Bradshaw (steel) and Dave Hamilton (guitar) that will soon be available on their instrumental CD!
