Roy Rosetta on recordings

Post by Chrissy Corson-Rigsby »

Being a keyboardist/pianist myself, I am a fan of Roy Rosetta's. We attend the St. Louis Convention every year and I look forward to hearing him play every time. I'd like to get any or all of the recordings he has made or has been a part of. Can anyone help me find them all? He's awesome!

Thank you!

This interesting for me also.
Roy played so many different styles all weekend and was smooth and supple throughout. And he was a pleasure to play with and a total gentleman.

Wow, Roy called me on Sunday and talked for an hour. He is not only a great pianist, he is a "GREAT" friend.

Roy has cut a CD, about 1-1/2 years ago. It's not country, but it is super. AND NO STEEL GUITAR

The title is:
"The Wind Beneath My Wings"

We had these for sale in the sound booth in St. Louis. After I played a few cuts during intermissions over the sound system, we sold out quickly.

You can get yours directly from Roy.

Roy's # is 409-727-5504.
He is leaving Thursday morning heading for the Nashville Super Jam. Otherwise you can usually reach him during the week (unless he's playing golf)

Order yours today. You won't be sorry.

Bill is SO right - Roy's CD is fantastic! He and Barbara are such a class act - and I believe she played a major role in the project as well. I think his decision to exclude steel was a good one in this case, as it is wonderful to have him center stage right where he belongs!!!!!
[This message was edited by Donna Dodd on 30 September 2003 at 04:22 PM.]
