Joey, do you know the year of that catalogue?

Has anyone ever seen one of these things for real?

A quick Google search reveals....
You can buy one - www.bernunzio.com is the website of a music store that has one. They don't give a price, but tout it as a serious collector's piece. It is circa 1930. Also, there have been some modern versions made, including one made by a comapny called Gold Tone.

Once again, truth trumps fiction....

I don't know anything about it.
The picture is from the Bernunzio web site.

I just had to make b0b aware.

The center of the spider web on her dress needs to be just a bit over and down.

I played a bass banjo once, in a pawn shop.
Boy, did it sound crappy. I think it's just not a good idea - even the low E on a guitar-banjo doesn't sound very good.
