Now this is a great lineup. Three acts that I have actually gone to see live.
Ray Price is a country music legend, and IIIrd Tyme Out has about the best harmony singin' you'll ever hear, and Mr. Marty Stuart the one guy in Nashville that knows more about Country music history then just about anyone alive. I hope Marty does his song "Sundown In Nashville" its a walking shuffle waltz of his new CD "Country Music". Best new song I've heard in a long time.

Pretty good show except too much Marty ( good Mooney licks tho on the Tele)and not Enough Ray. Actually once again it was way too much Katie KoooK too. Imagine getting a Legend like Price and featuring a katie Kook Interview. ImageAll in all it was a good show though.worth rewatching today anyway.

I was trying to think---has he had a steel player since Gary Hogue?---drawing a blank.
If he continues to do those Mooney licks on his b-bender he's probably gonna tell the steel player to lay out and stay out of his way.

Somebody posted something about Marty doing some recording with Robbie Turner and I was looking for him last night on the 11PM replay but no such luck. I was out and about when I realized I wouldn't get home in time for the TV show so I put 650 on my new car stereo and heard the whole Ray Price segment. He did Mansion On The Hill with a lot of showy steel work that wasn't shown on the TV portion I got later.

Regards, Paul

Not much of a show, even with the great Ray Price, also Katie Cook is better than the previous ones, & cuter than Heck!

...even with the great Ray Price...
Yeah, what a disappointing Ray Price segment. I think they cut out one of his songs with a commercial and talk portion.

I don't think Marty's toured with a steel player since Gary.

I thought Bruce did a great solo on Bruce's song.

Katie "Kook" may be ceter than a bug's ear,
but as an interviewer, she makes a damned
good Hod carrier.
She ought to be strung up by her thumbs
for interviewing ANYBODY and cutting one
of Ray Price's numbers.
