What are the missing lyrics to that line in the song Front Porch Looking In? I must hear it on the radio 4 times a day but can't make out the line. Doesn't help that it's while i'm driving.

there's a carrot top that can barely walk with a sippy cup of milk...a little blue eyed blonde with her shoes on wrong because she likes to dress herself...
