Just my opinion, but my list would be:
Carl Smith, The Wilburn Brothers, Jean Shepard, and Connie Smith. Now, lets hear your opinions. Jason

Hey Guys,
I certainly agree about Wynn Stewart, truly a country music pioneer who dosen't get enough credit for what he brought to country music. Also, I would add Mel Tillis to my list. I think a "musicians wing" for the HOF would be an excellent idea!!! Jason

Great nominations everyone-especially liked the listing iof Wynn, he was on my list also. Here are two other worthy artists:

Pete Kirby
His unsurpassed for his style backing of Roy's vocals, his spinetingling harmony vocals, his virtuoso dobro instrumentals, his comedic antics( coming out with a towel to cry when a new artist was doing a sad song, dancing with the cloggers, etc., his countless miles across the country bringing happiness and great music to our land. Just as Bill Carlisle deserves to be in, so does Oz!

Skeeter Davis
Her excellent duet work, her career as a major singles artist, her fantastic recordings featuring her fantastic 3 part harmony, her tours all iover the world, making fans of country music in remote areas, her years of giving quality performances. She is worthy of being inducted.

Enjoyed all the great selection all of you have made-hope they all get in as time goes on!
