Doug!
Sorry about infringing on your Mass Steel Bash post! I'm such a rookie at this! Ha! I'm a quicker learner (is that a word?! Ha!) though, so bear with me!

I went to Leigh's website and checked it out -- thanks! Some very cool stuff there! So the last photo is ya'll (that's what we say here in the south) playing, huh? Looks to me like that's an Emmons you're sitting behind! I hear you! (Well, I don't really "hear" you, but you know what I mean!) Mid-80's . . . gotta love the style!

I show horses, so I'm particularly fond of the cowboys hats in those days!

(Don't you just love old pictures!)
Leigh:
You really do have some very cool stuff on the website. I can't wait to download and hear some of your stuff. (Wanted to finish this reply first.) You've got a great list of songs on there! I play steel on some of them in the band I'm with now, so maybe I'll learn me a thing or two!

The guys I play with are so good to me. I play "regular" (Ha!) guitar too and sing, so it's a trade-off . . . they "put up" with my steel playing to have me! (Whatever will get me playing the steel is fine with me!)

I also noticed that you're from PA . . . my daddy's from PA -- about an hour southwest of Pittsburgh -- a little town called Manor. Well, let me go check things out! I'll talk to you soon! Look forward to meeting you one day! (You too Doug!)
