Well, Suntan bed Marty sure belted out a great country tune and wasn't that some real good steel behind him? All I have to say is "nice hair but why don't you put it away until Halloween?" On the other hand, Andy Griggs DID do a good country song AND he had the forum's own Chad Udeen backing him up on his new Fessenden. I talked to Chad yesterday and he was test driving the new guitar then so I guess Sleazmour talked him into it. The color is something that I'm not sure of but if Chad likes it, that's all that counts because he not only is one fine person he is a fantastic steel player. Mike Johnson sounded great behind Billy Walker and Mark Wills. Mike is taking Tommy's place tonight at the Opry and his red push/pull sounds great as always. DARYL WORLEY = PURE COUNTRY! Damn, that guy is great and his songs are traditional. I couldn't see his steel player but whoever he is he was doing great. This didn't top last week but it definately ranks up there as one of the better shows. Katie Puke looks as if she could use a nose job. I wonder what the pup would like if her and Suntan Marty threw one? Hopefully, we'll never know. I'm posting before Suntan's final performance but he's getting ready to introduce his new band. I didn't see a steel player there so I suppose he feels he can do without one. Yes, wearing leather britches, Porter Wagoner suits and witches hair along with what looks to be a cross between yellow jaundice and a phoney suntan definately makes one country................NOT!
