Finished mowing the lawn about 1PM.... was in the hammock cooling off and taking a nap....phone rang, someone wanted a steel track added to ONE song for an album....went there, listened to the song twice while setting up my steel, (never heard the song before, someone said it was a cover of a Jim Croece number that had a steel on it)..... recorded the track in one take....... back in the hammock finishing my nap by 4PM......If all my work was that easy I'd NEVER retire. www.genejones.com
