Protest to CMT !!!!

CMT has taken songwriter credits off all their videos (effective Monday, April 2, 2001).

The Nashville Songwriters' Association International is staging a Songwriters Rally on Monday, April 6th at 10:00 am to protest the decision. They are meeting at the park across the street from teh Talbot Building / CMA (Music Circle South, I believe).

This info comes straight from the NSAI -- distributed this week at Tin Pan South performances in Nashville.

Even if you're not a songwriter, show up to give your support, if you can.
