Wow! (Jessica Andrews on GAC)

I managed to catch the last 20 minutes or so of the Album Showcase on GAC for Jessica Andrews' new CD.

I already have the CD, and wasn't too impressed with it (certainly not compared to the first one). I could tell there were some good songs there, but I really didn't care for the arragenements.

But this album showcase was something MUCH better. Acoustic guitar, her voice, and occasional backup vocals by the guitarist. What a difference!

Unfortunately, I can't find ANY information about whether or not this will be repeated, or how long it was, etc. The website is http://www.countrystars.com -- I'd really like to see the whole thing (hoping it's an hour) and get to record it.

Does ANYBODY know when they might repeat this?

Also, does anybody know who the guitarist is? I believe he's one of the guys that plays acoustic guitar for their show "Behind the Scenes".

And finally, WHY doesn't anybody put out an acoustic album like that? I can't be the only one who'd buy it up in a heartbeat.

This gal's got an incredible voice -- and to cover it up with much more than an acoustic guitar (esp. on ballads) is such a waste.

If you can figure out when it'll play again, and you have GAC, you owe it to yourself to watch this program.
