For those that only read tab, this is the version in most church hymnels in the key of D.

Doug; I was over in your other postings and looking at Cold, Cold Heart/C6th. I was pleasantly surprized to find the flow of thirds was the same as Weldon Myrick showed me years ago on E9th. Nice work laying it out and I appreciate that !!
Regards, Paul

Doug. I got your "Swing Sounds" material last week and have just about wore it out. That is some serious instruction and it's presented in a way that you can put it right to work. Now if I could just get the band to play some of that great stuff. Thank you so much Doug for sharing all that. I'm saving up for the stuff that has "Stardust" on it.

Randy,
Thank you so much for your kind comments... you really have made my day! I'm now in the process of rewriting and re-recording onto CD all of my cassette instruction. It's a huge job that will take some time to complete. Thanks again and Happy holidays to you and your family. db

Doug. Actually I still prefer the tapes because I practice with an old Ibenez "Rock and Play" and a 'tape only" karaoki,(sp). I'll probably learn how to load a CD one of these days but for now I can at least mess with the pitch when I use a tape.
Have a great Christmas

In our church's hymnal, "Away in a Manger" is written in the key of F. If you would like to have the tab in this key, just send my your snail mail address and I would be happy to send it to you.
