Ending harmonics/volume pedal on intro to "Houston"

Can someone give me help on the locations and harmonics/volume pedal work on the very end of this ? (Not the whole intro just the 1 bar harmonics and how the volume pedal works to get the effects as on the recording. Thanks, Bill Myrick
