You Made Me Love You

Post by Bud Harger »

While driving through West Texas this weekend (Odessa), listening to Country Radio...I heard a local commercial with
Steel Guitar playing instrumental background music. The tune: "You Made Me Love You". What I heard sounded like C6th, no pedals, but I didn't hear much of it. It was awesome.

Does anybody know who recorded this tune?

Does anybody out there have a BIAB rhythm track that they would be willing to share? Maybe a chord chart? Or C6th tab? I've been working on it now since I got back.
There are some changes in it that I can't figure out and I need help.

Thanks for your help.

Yes, I have played that song a hundred times.
The chord charts are straight forward and easy. It's in the old Fake books or Real books.
You might do a search. If you are stuck, I'll scribble out the chords for you.

I was glad to hear some of the old songs in new commercials, maybe they are coming back.....It would be nice....al Image

Jon; looks ok to me....you can however put the tab markers around each section and that will separate them better.....but looks readable enough....ha...

Thanks, fellows. This is a great help.

I also got a BIAB from another "old faithful" John Steele by e-mail. I think that I can take it from here, adding this tune to the list of 'big-band' tunes that I play badly...but, I love it!

Best regards to all,
