Thanks for posting that! I didn't realize that this program existed!
Interesting thing...I saw Raiatea and her band perform at the Richmond Folk Festival this past October, and they played in that old 1850's style with Fiddles. Many of the people in Raitea's band are also in this program.
I recorded their performances at the Richmond Folk Festival and have them up on my YouTube page as a playlist if you'd like to see them all.
There was also a jam night at the hotel, and I sat in with them. Good fun!

I saw Raiatea around 12 years ago and she was great, she didn't have a steel guitar with her, or at least her guys didn't play one that time, but it was very enjoyable, bass, slack key and ukulele.
This video reminds me of the first records I checked out of the library when I was starting my journey, Bukka White, Robert Johnson and Sol Hoopii, it seems like I understood the relationship even then, I still have those records
