Suitable reverb tank replacement for sho bud single channel
Has anyone found the suitable modern replacement for the sho bud single channel reverb tank? The one I'm looking at is a Gibbs and only has "1122" stamped into it, and not the typical accutronics codes. Thanks for any input you can provide!

If you can still read resistance at the connections, this chart will help you convert to the tank you need.

Many Gibbs tanks have a letter stamped inside near one of the jacks. Sometimes it's partially hidden by the floating spring tray. Sometimes there's a number and a letter, like "4V". If yours has a stamp like that, let me know. I have a pretty good database of Gibbs info I've accumulated over the years. If you happen to find a longer number anywhere that you missed before, that could be useful even if it's not an Accutronics-type number. If there is one, it would be stamped in ink, not punched into the metal, and may have faded. (1122 is just the part number for the enclosure, I think.)

Thanks for the idea, that only works if you have an existing tank with DCR readings you can trust.
For posterity - I took a 9BB2C1B tank out of my NV400 and it seemed happy with that. That tank has an input impedance of 190 ohm, 2.5k output.

Thanks for this Kevin! I'll forward this on to the amps owner, maybe he'll want to try this. Definitely a higher input impedance than the 9BB2C1B.

I meant to add that website is very helpful with finding the right replacement tank. The Revisit brand replacement I have is a really nice tank.
The link I posted was sent from Studio Sound as a replacement for the “1122” Gibbs Type C tank.
YMMV

The schematic labels the tank as "4-C Reverb" so yep, Gibbs type 4 model C.
