Bob, you are late to the party. There was a lot of chatter a while back on the forum. I have one and the models it came with are vast but no Peavey amp model. However forum member Joe Rogers has been sampling amps and has offered downloads for a fee. Johnny Cox and a few others are using his samples. I haven't gotten around to getting his samples but I plan on it. So far I just used the Twin Reverb model and it's very good.

Re: Amplitude Tone X Pedal?
There are two Peavey Nashville 112's on the ToneX could if you search. I'm not excited about them though, but as said, use Joe Roger's presets for that brand.
Here is a sample of one I did. Of course, the best test is using it on a live gig vs. in your practice room.

I am late so how does one "sample" an amp like a Session 400, etc?Larry Dering wrote: 6 Apr 2025 5:04 pm Bob, you are late to the party. There was a lot of chatter a while back on the forum. Re: Amplitude Tone X Pedal?
There are 46k and counting models on ToneNet for free. Many, many different Twins alone. I just recorded direct using a free peavey 112 head that was pretty good.

Re: Amplitude Tone X Pedal?
Bob, I’m using the plate reverb built into the ToneX. For delay I’m using a Plexi 1 pedal. The amp is a Quilter TT12 just using the built in power amp, not the EQ.Bob Snelgrove wrote: 7 Apr 2025 7:57 am Sounds good, Ron. More efx tha I like but that part is easy. Re: Amplitude Tone X Pedal?
Bob, Joe Rogers has those samples as well as Standel, Little Walter and more. He's done the sampling for you. The Tonex is best used into a power amp and neutral speaker. Like Ron, I run mine into the power amp in of a Quilter and then a speaker cabinet. Get in touch with Joe Rogers by email and he will give you the rundown. There is an online community and lots of amps to choose from but there's none more steel player specific than Joes.

Joe Rogers captures are really good. I'm using his Little Walter and his NV 440 Fox Mod. I also found a clean Dumble on Tone Net I like
