Sho Bud
I have a 1976 Shobud Super Pro, that I would like to repair back to it original state. Someone switched the necks at one time to E9 closest to you and the C6 furthest away. I don't like that set up, and I am changing it. Does anyone have some good undercarrage photos of the E9 from that period 1976?? I am particularly interested in the 2ND string half stop mechanics. Anybodys help is greatly apprciated.

You might want to post in the PEDAL STEEL section. More people will probably see it.

Since Sho-Bud was custom guitar company, The guitar may have come from the factory set up that way. There was one pro player in that era that had his E9th neck on the back neck. He had the front built just as a shelf, Had a drink holder and ash tray on front neck.
Tommy White ordered a new guitar with the E9th on the back neck. May be for better posture during long playing sessions.
