Hey everyone, a few months back I started this YouTube channel (Steel Guitar Studio) where I cover different topics on the steel guitar and interview people from different backgrounds about the instrument. I feel that a lot of the information I learned in these interviews is stuff that interests everyone here on the forum as well. Jacob: This video tour of the Emmons factory was very interesting. Darin is obviously quite briliant. You can tell that by listening to him talk his way through the tour. I have talked to him and also Kelcey on the phone, and I even sold a D-10 Emmons guitar to them in their begining. I went to Baltimore, Md. to give Darin's brother a steel guitar lesson. I almost feel like I know them better now than before. The eceptional quality that goes into building their guitars is pretty phenomenoal. Thanks for posting this link. Tommy.....
