I just found out that Al Evans passed away. He was an extremely interesting person.

Al and I had some good conversation during the course of a guitar trade a few years ago. He seemed to be quite a nice person. Reading those clips that Lee posted makes me wish I had gotten to know him better.

Rest in Peace Al. The world was better for having you here.

Al was a really good guy. I worked on one of his guitars a year or so ago. Rest in peace Al.
