Hand rest
The Hand rest can be removed with two screws for playing special effects over the pickups.Bill Hatcher wrote:very nice looking unique instrument.
may i ask why the covers over the pickup? is it for shielding? they restrict so much of the area there where you can play the instrument for some nice sounds.
can they be removed and give access to that area of the strings?
Bill likes hand rest on his guitars so that is how I build them for him. He has 25 or more guitars he had me build custom to order for him, and most of them have hand rest.
