What brands used extra changer fingers for half-stops?

What brands used extra changer fingers for half-stops?
I've seen Pedalmasters and Carters that had an extra changer finger which allowed half stops on just about any pedal or knee lever, simply using the return spring of the extra finger, as I recall. Were there other psg brands that utilized that neat feature?
