Neck selector wiring?

I hope this is the correct section.
Anyway, could someone be so kind as to tell me which wires go where when connecting the wires of a D-10 to a 3-way, 6 pole neck selector switch?

Tommy, is it an Emmons type switch or a square switch? I can give you the info from looking at an Emmons or a Rains, whichever would be best for you.

Thanks so much. It is on my vintage 70's MSA and my question was answered by email.
