can i record songs from youtube with it and how do i hook it up havent used it but about 3 times live any help would be appreciated thanks it recorded some but when i hooked it up to my stereo nothing i think i reset it to factory settings and it erased what i recorded i have all the gadgets with it its new if i cant figure it out gonna sell it thanks to all

Mike, it's probably easier to just download the video as an mp3.
You can google "download youtube as mp3" and find lots of ways to do this.

yes, while it may not be considered high quality just connect the headphone out of the PC to the LINE Input of the Zoom or any recorder. Run the PC volume up near 80% or so to eliminate "bottom" noise.
Typically anything streaming off of the NET is a compressed MP3 with a max hi end of 16K, so set your recording format accordingly. Probably nothing less than MP3 / 128. If you use WAV format , each song file will be HUGE plus the WAV file quality will not be any better than the signal source. In my world I live in MP3/128.
And yeah, plug your headphones or PC speakers into the Zoom audio output so you can HEAR ! You are not downloading here, you are recording in real time.
