As some of you know, I use a wrist lever. This is (as far as I know) Bud Carter's invention, and of course Bud how has his own company. The wrist levers on my two older MSAs were made by Tom Bradshaw.
Prior to my ordering my Millennium, Johnny Cox and the new MSA team had not made any of these, and so I sent them one of my guitars so they could study it.
Well, it turned out my old guitar had a broken bell crank, and the removable cover in the rear had become discolored over the years. Johnny and Kyle replaced the broken bell crank and cleaned up the cover at no extra charge.
This is service way above and beyond the call of duty. I wish every company treated their customers the same way.
I bought the Millennoium because I liked the guitar, but aside from that, I'm really glad i did because I had the opportunity to get to know Kyle and Johnny, and I would not hasitate to do nusiness with them again because they are such fne people.
Kyle and Johnny, you've got a friend for life. Next time we meet in either St. Louis or Dallas, dinner is on me.
