Hey guys! I will be in central Texas the week of June 10 to 15 and would love to see some good country bands. Who's gigging during that time?

Well I'm at the Broken Spoke in Austin every Tuesday night 8:15-11:15; so during your time in Texas that will be June 11th; and Dallas/Ft Worth is More than 3 hour drive from Central Texas to north Texas.

Yes it is a loooong old drive. But I always enjoy the open country and really like DFW and Austin!

Gene Watson will be in concert at the Stephenville City Park amphiteater, 8:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., Thursday evening, June 13. It's free to the public. Stephenville is about an hour southwest of Ft. Worth, three hours north of Austin.

I play with Bubba Cox and the Can't Hardly Playboys every Sunday from 5:00 to 10:00 pm at the Cotton Country Club in Granger TX, about 50 miles NE of Austin..
