It sounds like Hal to me,but I get the Charleton guess too...one thing's for sure-it's a Sixties era Sho~Bud!

Nice sound.. Back when each brand had its own individual character,,, todays guitars all sound and play good, but with the high gain pickups used as well as the massive processing everyone uses, they all sound a lot alike to me... btw, Hal Rugg is my uneducated guess--- bob
