Mooney tuning (again)
Looking through the older posts, it seems as though there is no firm agreement over the G# lower on Mooney's tuning. How would you set up an 8 string, 4 pedal Fender 400 to replicate the early Buck/Wynn stuff that Mooney did?

Alex; A lot would depend on if your using an
Emmons,or a Day set-up, because you want your pedal that lowers your 1 st string G#
down to G to be next to your "A:" pedal. The "A" pedalis the one that raises your two
B`s up to C#,And you use these two pedals at
the same time and together. Like on Buck`s "Till these dreams come true". Have fun; Been there, & done it. ..Old Jer.
